Growing up in a home with five children my grandmother had the burden of having to help her parents a great deal. At a young age she also was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a disease which attacks the central nervous system. As her life progressed she met my grandfather at the age of fourteen and always told him to “never give up and never give in.” This quote that my grandmother has lived her life on has enabled her to become a successful and wealthy business women on her won, as she has never given up on her dreams. She has also never given in to the disease that can potentially take away life as she knows it today. Whenever I have a difficult time with something my grandmother always reminds me to “never give up and never give in “ because if you can see yourself doing something it means you have the potential to do it.
